Update: July 18, 2024

The PNC met again this week on our usual Thursday night. Starting this week, we adopted the now-standing practice of beginning each meeting with a devotional which will be led by a committee member. The goal is to have our hearts and our minds properly focused on His will.

We’re also nearing the peak of vacation season and various members either are or will be spending time with their families in coming weeks. Nevertheless, those who are here and even those that can join over video conference continue to meet so that the committee can continue our work.

This week, we continued the process of completing the Ministry Discernment Profile (MDP). Doing so correctly means a lot of up-front work, research, and even the need to contact various experts. That’s what we are and will continue to be doing for the next few weeks all so that we start off our search on the best foot possible.
