Q. Does co-pastor mean we seek someone to team with our current leadership, so there would be 2 head pastors or a new pastor team? The projected 18-24 months is from this past July for this process?

The PNC search will result in 2 co-pastors to share the roles and responsibilities of senior pastor leadership. Any current pastors at SCPC may apply for one of these positions if they desire to do so, and they will go through the same PNC discernment process as all other candidates. This is a 12-14 month process starting from our first PNC meeting in June. Ultimately, the timing for the search is in God’s hands.
